As HSE Baseball prepares to play under the bright stadium lights, the excitement of the season starting echoes, but something else is stealing the spotlight: the brand-new jerseys.

These new jerseys bring a fresh look to the team, utilizing colors that haven’t been seen before. “I like them,” Clark Bucher, a first-year varsity player, says “because it is not the typical HSE colors.” Navy with ascents of baby blue and red, highlight a new beginning for HSE baseball. HSE based their design off the Chicago Cubs. “I like the New Jerseys because they are like the Cubs “Wrigleyville” uniforms.” Clark remarked, “and they are super cool.”
For many players, a jersey represents the mantra, “look good, feel good, do good.” And a new jersey brings a whole new perspective to this idea. “A New Jersey gives me confidence in the way I look,” Clark explains, “because if I look good, I feel good.”

With a new design and a fresh sense of confidence, HSE Baseball is ready to take the field, proving that sometimes, a jersey is more than just a uniform—it’s a statement.
