The atmosphere was full of excitement and emotion as the Hamilton Southeastern cross country team celebrated Senior Night on October 6th, honoring the 12 seniors who have been the heart of the program for years. Surrounded by family, friends, and teammates, the seniors looked back on countless practices, meets, and memories that have defined their high school experience. Each of them have plans for life after graduation, from continuing their running careers in college to pursuing new goals off the course. While their time competing for HSE is coming to a close, the lessons they’ve learned and the friendships they’ve made through cross country will stay with them long after the final race.
