As the spring sports season approaches, Unified Track is set to return as one of HSE’s fastest growing programs, continuing to build momentum as a model for inclusive athletics. While no meets have taken place yet, early interest is building around a schedule that highlights both competition and community. Here are 3 key meets, amongst others, to keep on your radar as the season is underway.

- Mudsock- April 27
The Mudsock rivalry always brings the energy, and the annual Mudsock Unified Track meet is no exception. Expect a packed crowd and a sense of community as athletes come together not just to compete, but to support one another. This is a highly anticipated event that blends school rivalry with the core values of Unified sports. It’s expected to draw community support and set the tone for the rest of the season.
- HCC Invitational- May 9
The Hoosier Crossroads Conference Invitational showcases some of the top Unified Track programs in the area. With multiple schools competing, this meet offers a larger stage for athletes to demonstrate both their personal progress and teamwork. The atmosphere is highly competitive, yet encouraging, making it a highlight of the 2026 season.
- IHSAA Sectional- May 23
Serving as the post-season entry point, the IHSAA Sectional is where teams bring their best performances. With advancement opportunities on the line, the stakes are higher, but the focus on inclusion and sportsmanship remains at the heart of the event. It’s the perfect opportunity to see how far teams have come throughout the season.
Whether you’re a student, parent, or community member, Unified Track events offer something special; an opportunity to support athletes and celebrate inclusion.
